Exhibitor Load in and Freight.
All incoming and outgoing freight will be handled by the inimitable Rusty Griffin, RGL Logistics. Vendors may personally move their own freight but please follow our guidelines. Please do bring freight through the lobby entrance without previous approval. Load in will be at the Stemmons Ballroom dock on Thursday March 14.
There is also a FedEx center right in the hotel.
Wi-fi at the show.
Hotel sleeping rooms used as showrooms have free hotel wi-fi.
Meeting rooms share 5Mbps free wi-fi.
Ethernet is only available in meeting rooms and through the hotel.

Many exhibitors have been using mobile hotspots for their internet.
We use a RG2100 5G Mobile Hotspot ($200) with a $50 month plan and highly recommend that type of option.
Here is the link for the hotel (Encore Global). They handle any power or internet/ethernet needs. Typical cost is $806 including taxes and service charge.
The Hilton/Anatole is very strict about signage and alcohol etc. They require any banners that are hung from railings to be contracted with Encore Services before the show.
No tables in the halls.
No food or beverage in the meeting rooms that is not provided by hotel banquet services. Seriously!

Those in meeting rooms and ballrooms need to be packed up by 7PM all others must to be packed up by 9pm. That means no dinner break before tear-down on Sunday. Sorry but the hotel is not allowing us any leeway.
